Heritage Impact Assessment
Alfie Robinson Heritage produced a comprehensive Heritage Impact Assessment for an ambitious project at Treguddick Manor, a Grade II* listed Elizabethan gentry house in Launceston, Cornwall. The project was headed by Scott & Co, specialist conservation buildings surveyors. ARH was commissioned to produce a heritage statement with information about the site and an assessment of the design proposals. In addition to the core Elizabethan house, the site involved no fewer than four Grade II listed barns and one curtilage-listed ruin. Planning permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in mid 2022 for the reconstruction, renovation and extensions planned on the site.
